Something I've learned over the course of a career and having started, grown and sold a digital agency, is that creative teams that work well are like organisms, each cell performing a function in orchestration with the others. Making great software requires more than just awesome coders.
This section is a work in progress, and is intended to codify some of the lessons I've learned over numerous engagements. It is incomplete, but nonetheless I offer it as a rough draft of a blueprint for building an effective, innovative team oriented around digital production.
My hope is that by exposing some of the approaches that have been successful for me, others will be encouraged to see the whole board when developing their own digital strategies.
